You will receive 52 cards good for a Chick-fil-A Sandwich meal or a Chick-fil-A 8-count Nugget meal, thus providing a free meal every week for one year. The meal includes the entree, a medium waffle fry, and a medium fountain beverage or tea. Add-ons and upgrades will be an additional charge.
DOES THE REFERRAL NEED TO BE A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE?
No, any part-time or full-time employee is eligible for the reward.
HOW LONG DOES MY REFERRAL HAVE TO WORK BEFORE I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE REWARD?
If we hire your referral, they must remain with our organization for 30 days to be eligible. At that time, we will contact you to serve you some delicious Chick-fil-A on the house!
CAN I SUBSTITUTE MY CARDS FOR ANY OTHER OFFERS?
You may substitute any number of your cards for a Chick-fil-A Kids meal, however, no other substitutions are allowed at this time. All substitutions must be made upon receiving the cards. No changes will be allowed once cards have been distributed.

Yes, all cards will have an expiration date of at least 1 year from the time of receipt.
